Costs are broken down beginning with the aircraft cost per hour, which vary from aircraft to aircraft depending on the cabin size, range, and cruise speed of each particular aircraft. Additional costs may include flight crew overnight expenses if applicable to your trip, expenses to park the aircraft at each stop, and Federal Excise Tax (FET) paid to the IRS by Atlantic Air Charter after each flight.
Yes, we offer empty leg flights on a regular basis.
Soft drinks, bottled water and snacks are provided on all flights at no charge. Any type of special catering can be provided with prior arrangements for an additional fee.
Arriving 10-15 minutes early for a flight is ideal, but the actual departure time is up to you.
Yes. Atlantic Air Charter welcomes any customers to bring their pets along. However, we ask that small dogs/cats be crated. If required there may be an additional Pet Cleaning fee.
No. You will be entering the airport through a private aviation terminal or what is commonly called an FBO (Fixed Base Operator). If the airport you are traveling through requires a security check, it will be quick (no lines).
Our dedicated private charter coordinators will provide the most suitable aircraft type for the selected route and passenger count.
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance but (if we are available) we can also schedule private flights with just a couple of days in advance or even the same day.
Flights from Miami / Fort Lauderdale / West Palm Beach Area to New York Area typically take just under 3 hours.
Flights from Miami / Fort Lauderdale / West Palm Beavh Area to The Bahamas typically take just under 1 hour.
We will only provide private charter flights on aircrafts that have proven safety ratings like Argus and Wyvern. Safety is our priority.
